This machine is specially designed for 45° and 90° cutting and blanking of aluminum profiles, ideal for mass profile processing in window, door, curtain wall and industrial aluminum production.
It adopts an intelligent CNC system with servo motors using CAN communication, ensuring stable and reliable data transmission. The system is equipped with reserved communication ports for seamless connection with intelligent production lines. The industrial PC supports wireless WIFI, enabling wireless data reception, remote data transmission and paperless office.
The machine features user-friendly operation, supporting connection with mainstream ERP door & window software. It realizes fully automatic functions including automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic output and automatic labeling, greatly improving production efficiency.
Input Unit: Automatic feeding table ensures uninterrupted continuous profile input. Feeding manipulator adopts servo motor and gear transmission.
Sawing Unit: Three cutting heads for 45°, 90° and -45° cutting. Fully enclosed unit effectively prevents aluminum chips splashing.
Output Unit: Discharging manipulator for uninterrupted output of finished profiles with real-time automatic labeling.
