Small VMC CNC Drilling Tapping Milling Machine Automatic for Metal (TC-640)
The TC-640 vertical drilling and tapping center is a high-speed machine tool specially launched for the parts processing industry. It meets high-speed drilling, tapping, and milling requirements, particularly for IT and automotive parts. The machine features good rigidity, a symmetrical structure, fast dynamic response, and high stability. It is ideal for vertical milling, drilling, expanding, boring, and tapping procedures.
The base, column, headstock, and worktable are cast with high-strength resin sand process. The A-box cavity column and integrated saddle design ensure long-term stability and high rigidity of the entire bed.
Equipped with Taiwan high-speed precision spindle (BT30, 15000-24000rpm). Direct connection improves transmission efficiency and reduces noise. IRD dynamic balance correction avoids resonance for superior finish.
Uses Taiwan Hiwin/PMI high-precision ball screws and linear guides. Japan Yaskawa servo motors ensure high positioning accuracy, minimal vibration, and stable low-speed operation.
Taiwan-made flying saucer type 21T tool magazine. Tool-to-tool change time is only 0.8 seconds, providing high efficiency and accurate positioning.
