This automatic Fastening Screwdriver Machine adopts single head and double platform design. To change the product, you only need to adjust the XYZ coordinates. The operation is simple and easy to understand. The machine automatically locks the screws through induction control and can judge whether the screws are locked. If there is a poorly locked product, the machine will alarm to easily distinguish defective products.
The two stations complement each other, operate independently, and operate in a cycle. Simply use the operating handle to align the XYZ coordinates with the screw hole, confirm and save.
Scope of application: Mainly used in the production of automotive parts, computers, display screens, motors, lamps, mobile phones, printers, circuit boards, batteries, and instruments.
It is also ideal for keyboards, mice, switches, sockets, routers, massagers, plastic products, and toys.
