Automatic Screw Locking Machine

The desktop automatic screw fastening robot is integrated with an intelligent servo tightening device. This system monitors screw locking torque and hole depth in real-time. It accurately detects whether screws are properly joined and features a safety grating protection system to ensure employee safety during high-speed operation.

The fastening robot placement platform offers a 0~360° rotation, making it versatile for multi-side screw locking requirements.
