1. This machine is easy to operate and has reliable performance. It is mainly used for processing aluminum profiles and plastic profiles.
2. This tool uses a carbide toothed saw blade, which has fast cutting speed, high production efficiency and high processing accuracy.
3. The two saw heads can work alone or at the same time. When working simultaneously, both ends of the profile can be cut to the required length and angle at one time.
4. The left saw head is fixed, and the right saw head can move left and right on the guide rail, making the movement of the left and right saw heads light and flexible, ensuring the stability of the movement.
5. According to processing needs, the feeding speed and return speed can be adjusted to provide slow forward and fast reverse functions.
6. It is welded with low carbon steel rectangular steel pipes and undergoes aging treatment after welding to ensure the rigidity and stability of the bed.
