Specially used for corner seam cleaning of colored PVC finished windows. It can clean the upper and lower surfaces, outer facade, and rubber strip grooves. The outer facade cleaning adopts a high-speed motor to ensure efficient weld seam treatment.
The broach blades are made of alloy material, quenched and precisely processed. Moving parts adopt high-precision linear guides to ensure equipment stability and reliability.
Equipped with a color touch screen and PLC, storing hundreds of processing programs. It realizes circular and linear interpolation for two axes with easy operation.
This system utilizes six specialized tools that work in a precise, automated sequence to thoroughly clean every surface of a welded window corner in a single setup.
Profile Height (H): 20 – 150mm, covering most common sizes from small interior partitions to large outdoor frames.
Profile Width (W): Up to 120mm, suitable for wide-profile products like sliding doors and balcony enclosures.
Processable Products: Casement windows, tilt & turn windows, sliding units, commercial fixed glazing, and custom geometric shapes (trapezoids, triangles).
