It can transform processing G code automatically, ensuring easy operation, high efficiency and lower labor intensity. The machine features imported guide rails and sliding blocks. X-axis adopts high precision oblique gear and rack driving, while Y and Z axes utilize high precision ball screw drive.
Internal blade storage can hold 6 sets of blades with ISO30 standard handles. The drive is stable, significantly improving the precision of the whole machine.
The machine incorporates a manual pump oil supply system and blades are managed by a system-controlled spray cooling device. Main electrical parts, including circuit breakers and AC contactors, utilize top-tier international brands. All main components adopt a steel structure and have undergone aging treatment for maximum stability.
