Specialized for 90° corner assembly of aluminum doors and windows, it fixes profiles by crimping corner braces, meets standard frame assembly requirements, and serves as core equipment to improve production efficiency and finished product qualification rate.
Place the profiles between the positioning and clamping blocks, step on the foot valve to fix the profiles. After a preset delay, the corner crimping cylinder drives the cutters forward, and the synchronous valve links dual riveting shafts to crimp simultaneously, connecting the two profiles into a precise 90° corner.
Adopting electro-hydraulic control, it is easy to operate and stable, reducing labor intensity. Synchronized crimping eliminates hydraulic fluctuation interference, ensuring consistent precision. Adjustable positioning fits various profiles without special molds.
