01 low-e coating detection uses Japanese Omron optical fiber sensor, which can be applied to different LOW-E glass. The data can be changed at any time according to the film depth of LOW-E glass of different manufacturers.

The overall material is an industrial plate stainless steel shell with a self-aligning bearing base for long service life and high precision.

Servo motor controlled synchronous belt pressing with linear guide rail and ball screw. It realizes automatic pressing with an integrated thickness measurement function—no manual input required.

Private server synchronous pressing ensures parallel alignment. Includes torque function and adjustable pressure holding time based on glass size.
