What is the delivery time for the machines?
For normal machines, our delivery time is 20 days after receiving the deposit. For customized machines, please confirm with our sales representatives.
How about the after-sale service?
We reply immediately to machine breakdowns, typically within 12 hours. If required, we can appoint engineers to assist with installation and worker training.
What is the guarantee period?
All machines have a one-year guarantee period, excluding wearing parts. If parts break during this time, we provide them for free (courier fees apply). We also offer 24-hour online technical support.
Do you provide equipment operation training?
Yes. We can send professional engineers to the working site for installation, adjustment, and operation training. Online training support is also available.
What are the payment terms?
We support various payment methods, including T/T, L/C, and others as per your requirement.
