The Pipe Hole Punching and Flanging Machine is specially designed for punching collar holes on metal tubes such as MS, SS, Copper, and Aluminum. This technology is widely utilized in air conditioning, refrigeration, heat exchangers, oil tubes, medical water separating systems, and water solutions.
Adopting an "extruder system", the machine forms collars by pushing out from the tube interior, which differs from traditional T-drill technology. The integrated procedure includes hole punching, flanging, and chamfering to ensure high-quality collar holes convenient for tube branch connections.
