Equipment Introduction:
(1) The rolling machine (laminating machine) is a key equipment to ensure that the thermal break is closely and vertically combined with the aluminum profile. It uses three sets of six rollers to press the slots of the aluminum profile that have been inserted into the thermal break tightly. In between, there are four sets of nylon roller devices to correct the straightness and perpendicularity of the composite profile at any time, and a pressure gauge is provided to show the rolling force.
(2) This machine is suitable for the rolling and compounding of aluminum door and window and curtain wall profiles. It can combine aluminum profiles with teeth and thermal break strips into a complete thermal break aluminum profile.
