1). The machine is used for welding and combination of PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl profiles for making window doors. Featuring programming control and pneumatic driving systems, it offers high reliability, a large processing range, and easy operation. The two heads can work individually, simultaneously, or in combination.
2). This machine can weld approximately 120 pieces of windows and doors per day within 8 working hours. Processing capacity increases with extended working time.
3). This is our standard welding machine suitable for European profiles. For American type profiles, custom backup moulds are required based on profile samples provided by the customer.
4). If the profile height exceeds 110mm, we can customize the welding head height with additional devices upon request.
