It is specially used for corner seam cleaning of colored PVC finished windows, and can clean the upper and lower surfaces, outer facade and rubber strip grooves. The outer facade cleaning adopts a high-speed motor to ensure beautiful and efficient weld seam treatment.
High-quality Tools and Stable Structure
The broach blades are made of alloy material, quenched and precisely processed, realizing tool standardization and interchangeability. The moving parts adopt high-precision linear guides to ensure equipment stability and reliability.
Intelligent Control and Industrial Design
Equipped with color touch screen and PLC, it can store hundreds of processing programs and realize circular and linear interpolation for two axes, with easy operation.

⚙️The Six-Tool Corner Cleaning System

This system utilizes six specialized tools that work in a precise, automated sequence to thoroughly clean every surface of a welded window corner in a single setup.
1. Inner Corner Hook Blade: Designed specifically to clean residual weld material from the inner vertical faces and complex angles.
2. Upper Combination Twist Drill: Cleans residual weld material and precisely drills pile yarn holes or sealant grooves.
3. Upper Planer Blade: Precisely scrapes and levels the welded joint on the top horizontal plane.
4. Lower Combination Twist Drill: Responsible for cleaning the lower inner corner and drilling corresponding grooves.
5. Lower Planer Blade: Specialized for cleaning the weld seam on the bottom horizontal plane.
6. Exterior Corner Finishing Disc: Cleans the weld seam on the outer vertical face and bevel.
