The overall weighted design effectively ensures the accuracy of the equipment and the long-term accuracy reserve. The cornering propulsion mechanism adopts a new design concept, with high guiding accuracy and good rigidity; the knife adjustment structure is quick and convenient, and the overall appearance is simple and clear. In view of the increasing difficulty in cornering of heavier, wider, and thicker door and window profiles, the cornering space and propulsion force of the cornering mechanism are increased. This cornering machine has been redesigned on the basis of the traditional synchronous cornering machine, with a larger work surface and increased stability of the equipment. At the same time, the internal positioning can be lowered under the workbench to facilitate the placement of materials during cornering.
