This machine is used for the rolling and compounding of thermal break aluminum, door and window, and curtain wall profiles. It combines aluminum profiles with teeth cut and thermal break strips into a complete thermal break aluminum profile.
The pressure wheel automatically controls the height of the profile, enabling rapid straightening of the profile when it is bent.
The machine tool bed adopts linear guide rail motion pairs, ensuring the accuracy of the cut components.
Six sets of cutter heads can be started with one click, allowing for quick replacement of thermal insulation strips. It can store and remember over 2,000 different types of aluminum materials.
The opening and closing protective cover ensures safe and convenient operation.
The high and low staggered table material type can be started with one button, eliminating the need for manual adjustment.
